How will my delivery be shipped?

  • Your delivery of Modesees products will be shipped through our logistics partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS). They will select the best shipping method to ensure your order reaches you efficiently.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

  • We strive to deliver your items as efficiently as possible. For orders containing only regular in-stock items, they will typically be shipped together immediately. However, if your order includes both regular items and pre-order products, the shipment will be timed to the pre-order item’s delivery schedule. If you'd prefer to have the in-stock items shipped separately, feel free to contact our team at support@modesees.com to arrange that. During the waiting period for pre-order items, you’re also welcome to request a refund at any time. Once any part of your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
